A message from Javid

As you know the safety of our guests is our #1 priority.   At Jaden’s we will continue to offer a clean and sanitized environment for all of our guests and follow CDC and Local Health Department regulations as close as we can on a regular basis.

Due to recent changes in Allegheny County, as an owner of business, I need to make some tough decisions to protect my guests, my staff and my buildings.

Therefore below are the most recent requirements to attend any events at Jaden’s catering. If you do not feel comfortable following these rules please DO NOT attend.

I take everyone’s safety very seriously and very personal, I would expect you to do the same.  This is NOT a choice- it is the rule for Jaden’s Catering and it must be followed. For any concerns, please email or call Javid directly. (Please do not ‘reply all’ on group emails.)

In weeks to follow:

  • Please make sure you are comfortable to attend our weekly event if they are not comfortable you should not attend
  • Same policy goes with if anyone is not feeling good or out of this area in the past two weeks they should not attend this weekly meetings.
  • We do require to sanitize hands once you walk in to our buildings (station is set up) This is a MUST!
  • We do NOT require to wear a mask while they are sitting at their table however you ARE required to wear one if you are not at your seat.
  • We are required NOT allowing any type of outside food to be brought in to our buildings.
  • There is also a sanitizer station by the bathroom door that we request everyone to use as well.
  • You may go through buffet however everyone is required to sanitize their hand by Buffett line prior to grabbing their plate and you MUST wear a mask.  If you are not comfortable doing that our server will make a plate.
  • We encourage you to be seated at your table and follow the social distancing as soon as you come in.

I realize some of these regulation might sound little extreme however everyone’s safety is very important to me.  As you know all the regulations for our industry is changing weekly I will try to keep you informed regularly.

Our ultimate goal is to provide the safest and cleanest environment for you and our guest and we are taking every step to ensure that happens.

Feel free to contact us at any time.

Flynn’s Makes Donations For Home Runs Hit

Each year, we hear of the amazing contributions set forth by our local business owners. We believe that kindness and generosity can inspire, and instill a sense of pride within our communities.

Most recently, Flynn’s Tire, a long standing member of our organization, has committed to a donation of $12.50 for each home run hit during the Pittsburgh Pirates 2016 season. Throughout the season, a total of 153 home runs were hit.

Their initiative resulted in a total contribution of $1,912.50, made out to the Children’s Hospital of Pittsburgh Foundation.

“KDKA-FM, the FAN, broadcasted the number of home runs and the amount donated during each post game report. The tire dealer has been donating in conjunction with the Pirates’ home runs for the past four years and has donated more than $6,500.”

We would like to recognize Flynn’s Tire for their amazing generosity, and hope that others continue to follow their lead in supporting our local organizations that help so many people each year.

Customer Service Leaders Within The Residential Construction Industry

Guild Quality’s 2015 Guildmaster Award Honors Energy Swing Windows

Murrysville, PA, May 15, 2015– Energy Swing Windows a supplier of custom made residential replacement windows in Murrysville, PA, has been awarded a 2015 Guildmaster Award for exceptional customer service. Guild Quality, an independent customer satisfaction surveying company, has powered the Guildmaster Award since 2005 to celebrate service excellence in the home improvement profession.

Energy Swing Windows was selected as one of only 300 North American builders, remodelers, developers, and contractors recognized by GuildQuality for their superior delivery of customer care.

Over the past few months, Guild Quality reviewed a huge number of survey responses submitted by customers of the thousands of Guildmaster candidates. In granting awards, GuildQuality considers two primary metrics for each candidate: the percentage of customers who would recommend and the percentage of customers who responded. Energy Swing Windows achieved a recommendation rate of 100% from their customers, who were surveyed through GuildQuality.

“Every member of the Energy Swing Team is very proud of this recognition. We all work very hard to provide true value to our customers at every step of the process. We are honored at being one of the few companies in the country receiving an award as prestigious as Guildmaster. We feel this is validation that we are delivering the best products and experience to our most important asset, our customers” said Steve Rennekamp, Energy Swing President
