Overview Handout

Meetings start promptly at 7:15 AM, with networking encouraged from 7:00 AM. The Pledge of Allegiance kicks off each session. Download our meeting overview for details.

As part of your Application Process, after contacting our Members at Large and attending introductory meetings, download this form fillable PDF. Complete it, print it, and return it to your Member at Large contact.

Speaker Schedule

Please download the PDF provided or refer to the speaker schedule above. Should you be unable to fulfill your presentation slot, kindly arrange for a replacement and update the schedule accordingly.

All members are given the opportunity to speak to the group 4 times a year, with specific presentations ranging from 2 to 10 minutes. Members can set up for multimedia presentations or table displays.
